Hampton Boys Swimming and Diving captures WPIAL title

HTSD congratulates the Hampton Boys Swimming and Diving Team on capturing the WPIAL Class 2A Swimming & Diving Team Championship for a second consecutive year, and fifth time in school history, on March 3-4 at Pitt’s Trees Pool!
The Talbots also won the WPIAL title in 2021.
The 200 medley relay team of Will Retsch, Zach Sutterlin, Ben Sheets and Dan Bratu placed first. Retsch shattered the WPIAL 200 IM record, winning the event in 1:51.81. Sheets took second in that event, and also broke the previous record. With a new school record, Retsch also captured the 100 fly.
